We enjoy receiving wedding photos from our cherished clients, as by the time their wedding comes around we have a great relationship with them and feel like friends. We are oftentimes even invited to their weddings by then! Last night we received photos from a beautiful bride, Erica, who ordered a vow book from us earlier this year. Her outdoor wedding took place at historic Shady Lane, complete with a llama petting photo opportunity! Her bouquet, by Splints & Daisies, featured one large “dinner plate dahlia,” of which I had never heard. It’s definitely on my list of flowers to recommend to future brides!
Erica’s husband cried during their first look, and I cried looking at the beautiful, heartfelt reactions by family in the photos by Lauren Fair Photography!
As a special note, the bride did the calligraphy for their vow book–yes! She’s a professional calligrapher known as Barely Blush Ink on Instagram (go follow her @barelyblushink)!
